Sport means all forms of physical activity which, through casual or organized participation, aims at expressing or improving physical fitness, forming social relationships, and obtaining results in competition at all levels.

In coaching sports, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their own performance: in other words, helping them to learn. Good coaches believe that individuals always have the answer to their own problems but understand that they may need help to find the answer.
